The Beach House Residência is a luxury suite that occupies the entire upper floor of this home. There is priceless 180 degree view of the ocean and beach. You can't live closer to the beach!

This suite offers private access to the beach and pool!

 

This property has two suites, each with a double bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, en suite bathrooms and spectacular sea views. In one bedroom there is also an additional single bed.

 

The Residência also offers a third bedroom. The so-called rustic room with natural ventilation and a double bed and a single bed.

 

Between the two Suites,  there is a large, 60m2  open living/terrace with sofas, a large dining table and a large open and fully equipped kitchen. What sets this luxury accommodation apart is the large private terrace from which you can enjoy permanent and incredible sea views from any location. There is an outdoor sofa and several hammocks, from which you can enjoy the perfect sea view and beach feeling in a private atmosphere. 

 

 Downstairs is an outdoor shower and a private kite storage. 

 

The Residência is only rented out in its entirety to entire groups (families or friends).
